CLOSED! DP Development acquired, entitled, and sold 57 lots in Indian Trail, NC to PulteGroup. A great location in the highly desired Weddington school district and one of the last residential projects in the area to obtain entitlements and sewer allocation, we are proud of the outcome for all of those involved.
